The bovine majority holds firm political power—if they ever learn to vote, we’re in trouble! Locals say the cows are friendly, but don’t be fooled; they’re just waiting for a better public transportation system. Out here, the grass is greener, the skies are wider, and odds are your neighbor says,“ MOO!”
