Intrigue Ink offers free returns and exchanges within 14 days of the date you receive your goods*
Items purchased online may be returned by mail or in-store, following the return guidelines outlined in your order confirmation.
*Checkout+ must be selected at checkout in order to qualify for free online returns and exchanges.
Please note that tems purchased in-store must be returned in-store. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for in-store purchases through our online system or by mail.
Need to make an online return? Here's what to do:
2. Pack up your item and put it in the mail
Send order receipt with unwanted goods using the prepaid shipping label. Make sure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags.
3. wait 5-7 business days
Allow us 5-7 business days to receive the returned item and issue a refund. You can use the tracking number provided when you initiated your return to see when it will be delivered back to us.
Frequently asked questions
Can I return discounted items?
Yes. Discounted items where you applied a code at checkout are eligible for the full 14 day returns policy as normal. However, markdown/Garage Sale items are a final sale, and not eligible for returns.
Are any purchases final sale?
Items found in the Garage Sale are considered markdowns and are final sale.
I received my item more than 14 days ago. Can I still return it?
No. Anything returned outside of the 14 day policy will not be eligible for a refund.
Who pays for my return label?
If you purchased Checkout+ through redo, your return label will be free. If not, your label cost will be deducted from your return.
Can I return an item I purchased in-store by mail?
