Returns & Exchanges

Intrigue Ink offers free returns within 14 days of the date you receive your goods.

Items purchased online may be returned by mail or in-store, following the return guidelines outlined in your order confirmation.

Please note that tems purchased in-store must be returned in-store. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for in-store purchases through our online system or by mail.

Need to make an online return? Here's what to do:

1. email us

To start your return, email us at store@intrigue.ink and specify if you would like to make a return or an exchange. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label.

2. Pack up your item and put it in the mail.

Send order receipt with unwanted goods using the prepaid shipping label. Make sure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags.

3. Hang on to your postage receipt.

Keep hold of your proof of postage receipt until we notify you that we received your item.

Once we receive your item(s), here's what we'll do:

Once your return arrives at our store we'll begin to process your return. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return. We will issue a refund and the funds will return to your account. Please allow up to another 5 working days for your refunded amount to reach your account.

Frequently asked questions

Can I return discounted items?

Yes. Discounted items where you applied a code at checkout are eligible for the full 14 day returns policy as normal. However, markdown items are a final sale, and not eligible for returns.

Are any purchases final sale?

Items found in the Garage Sale are considered markdowns and are final sale.

I received my item more than 14 days ago. Can I still return it?

No. Anything returned outside of the 14 day policy will not be eligible for a refund.

Do I need to pay for shipping for my return?

No! We are happy to share that Intrigue Ink offers free returns.

Can I return an item I purchased in-store by mail?
