Ski boots and cowboy boots sit side by side, eyeing each other on the floor of the closet. The cowboy boots, all swagger and high heels, smirk and say, “I wrangle cattle, what do you do?” Ski boots clunk back stiffly, replying, “I conquer mountains, partner—without even leaving the ground!" But here in Montana, they are common roommates in many closets!
