Returns and Exchanges

Intrigue Ink offers 14 days to return your goods from the date you receive them! Need to make a return?

Here's what to do:

  • 1. Email us.

    To start your return, email us at hello@intrigue.ink and specify if you would like to make a return or an exchange.

  • 2. Pack up your item and put it in the mail.

    Send order receipt with unwanted good. Make sure all goods are returned as new, unworn and with tags, and ship them to:

    12 E. Main Street, Bozeman, MT 59715.

    You may use the courier of your choice.

  • 3. Hang on to your postage receipt.

    Keep hold of your proof of postage receipt until we notify you that we received your item.

Once we receive your item(s), here's what we'll do:

Once your return arrives at our store we'll begin to process your return. Please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return. We will issue a refund and the funds will return to your account. Please allow up to another 5 working days for your refunded amount to reach your account.

FAQs

Can I return discounted items?

Yes. Discounted items where you applied a code at checkout are eligible for the full 14 day returns policy as normal.

Can I return custom orders?

No. All Intrigue Ink Custom orders are final and non-refundable.

I received my item more than 14 days ago. Can I still return it?

No. Anything returned outside of the 14 day policy will not be eligible for a refund.

Do you pay for shipping?

Intrigue Ink does not offer free returns. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we can reimburse you for shipping if you are exchanging an item.
